The way to really glow…

Do you ever look at someone and think… YOU LOOK SO HEALTHY.

From my experience their GLOW has nothing to do with whether they are below 15% body fat or have abs. Here are 5 easy tips that you can incorporate into your daily routine that will be sure to get you GLOWING….

  1. Drink up…

    Proper hydration and drinking lots of water is essential for glowing skin. Not only does it do wonders for our circulation, aids digestion and helps remove toxins from our bodies. But it also keeps us energised, our skin smooth and eyes bright.

  2. Eat FAT….

    Yes fat! Oily fish, red meat, nuts, eggs, avocado and coconut oil are all amazing. This leads me onto my next tip….

  3. Smoother yourself…

    …In coconut oil. I use this for cooking with, in my coffee in the morning, as a hair mask AND a moisturiser. It’s a completely organic, natural product that will leave you radiating.

  4. Sweat it out…

    Exercise has been proven time and time again to reduce stress and anxiety, increase confidence and actually improve the skins visible appearance. All these things contribute to us feeling healthier from the inside, as well as outside.

  5. Smile like you mean it…

    My final tip to get you glowing in an instant…. Just simply smile. Be positive, be kind and your sparkle will always shine through.
