Protein mocha slush...

This protein mocha 'slush' is a game changer. It makes a perfect pre training pick me up! Here's how to make this super slushy...

Ingredients:

1 tsp Instant coffee granules

1/2 tsp Cocoa powder

1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder

1/2 scoop Vanilla whey protein

5 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk

Flavdrops/ stevia (sweeten to taste)

Handful ice cubes

Add a 1/4 cup hot water to the coffee granules and leave to cool. Add the coffee along with the rest of the ingredients to the Nutri bullet and blend for 10 seconds until smooth. Enjoy!

Top tip! If you would like your slushy, well, less slushy... Simply add 200ml water and blend again for a smoother consistency.
