This completely easy peasy ice cream is a serious game changer! It's virtually carb and sugar free but you absolutely wouldn't guess it. Trust me, it's delicious!
I made the ice cream, then added 3 different toppings. Here's how...
1 scoop PEScience Cookies & Cream Select Protein
100g Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp XanthanGum
Handful of Ice
Simply add all the ingredients into a Nutri bullet and blend for around 10 seconds... The consistency should be fluffy like a marshmellow!
Left bowl: 90% Lindt chocolate shavings, 1 cacao button
Middle bowl: Frozen blueberries, chia seeds, drizzle of lemon sherbet ZERO syrup
Right bowl: Pip n Nut Almond butter, 'choc shot' syrup
