Perfect Pumpkin Muffins

My pumpkin muffins are ideal to make as a clean treat! I like to eat one (or two) relaxing with a cup of tea...


  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop MyProtein vanilla whey
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • Cinnamon & mixed spice (optional)

In a food processor, blend all the wet ingredients together first, then slowly add the dry. Distribute the mixture evenly into a muffin tray. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes on a medium temperature. Leave to cool for a few minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!
