Perfect Post Workout Flapjacks!

These may not be the lowest calorie sweet protein treats in the world, but sometimes that's ok! Unlike a standard shop bought protein snack though, you know EXACTLY the ingredients used to make these tasty bites! I love to base these yummy flapjacks pre or post training.


100g Oats

2 Scoops PEScience Peanut Butter Cup Select Protein

150g Milk (I used Unsweetened Almond)

50g Peanut butter

1/2 Tsp Baking power

1 tsp Stevia

35g Prutella chocolate spread (From Musclefoods)

30g Honey

Pre heat an oven on a medium temperature and line a tin with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix the whey, stevia, baking powder and oats. Add in the milk and slowly add the chocolate spread and honey. Pour mixture onto the baking tray and pop in the oven for around 10 minutes. Watch carefully as it cooks very quickly!

Finally, take tray out of the oven and leave to cool. Cut flapjacks into desired size and shape.
