… Be optimistic about what you want, not what you want to get rid of! Change your thoughts to feeling positive about the improvements you are going to make by committing to change.
Whilst its wonderful setting long term goals, setting short, challenging but achievable goals will keep you motivated and on track to hit your target.
Keep a diary.
It’s essential you are logging your training and diet. Making progress is not just about losing weight, it’s about getting stronger too! That means, tracking your weights in each training session. Often we can over or under eat in the day; our bodies need proper nutrition to function. My advice? Log what you’re eating and if you’re feeling tired/lethargic at a particular point in the day it might be a sign you need to change your food choices up a little.
