HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST PANCAKES

I called these 'breakfast' pancakes simply because they are such a great way to start the day! But they also make a tasty snack to pop in the fridge for a few days.

RECIPE:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 medium egg
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 2 tbsp oat milk
  • 3 tbsp oat flour 
  • 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder

I actually blended the ingredients together to make the mixture smooth. On a medium temperature hob with a tsp of coconut oil in a frying pan, add a tablespoon of the mixture at a time to make each pancake. Flip after around 30 seconds and repeat.
