Cinnamon & banana cookies...

As I'm in competition prep (1 week away!) I don't have the luxury of using loads of ingredients in my baking at the moment. The meals I eat HAVE to fit into totally into my daily macros! Today I was looking for a sweet treat that was low in fat, moderate protein and higher in carb. These super speedy cookies are so delicious and also have the added bonus of being guilt free!

Ingredients:

1 scoop Myprotein cinnamon roll whey isolate

60g banana (ripe)

60g oats

2 large egg whites

2 tsp coconut flour

Myprotein toffee flavdrops

Simply preheat the oven to a medium temperature and put parchment paper on a baking tray. Simply add the dry ingredients to a bowl. Mash the banana and mix into the bowl, along with the egg whites and flavdrops. Stir well. Finally add 6 even heaped tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the tray and bake for 5-10 minutes. 

Top tip! I left them to cool before using a heart shape cookie cutter to shape them!
