Cinnamon & almond muffins...

These cinnamon and almond muffins are super speedy and easy peasy to make! Perfect to enjoy as a light snack in between meals or for a delicious post workout treat.

Ingredients:

1 scoop Myprotein Cinnamon roll whey isolate

2 tsp coconut flour

70g dry oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

Small banana

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

40g Myprotein almond butter

2 tsp Truvia

Simply pre heat the oven to a medium temparatue and use coconut oil to grease a muffin tray. Add the dry ingredients to a food processor and blend, then the wet and blend again. Divide the mixture into the tray to make 6 muffins. Put the tray on the middle shelf in the oven for 10 minutes until cooked.

Top tip! I took the tray out of the oven after 5 minutes of baking and added a blueberry to the top of each. Simply put the tray back in for the remainder of the time.
