Chocolate & toffee protein cookies!

These may not be the prettiest cookies you have ever seen....but if you're looking for a delicious, clean and lean sweet treat that will fit your macros, look no further!

Ingredients:

45g oats

1 scoop MyProtein chocolate brownie Whey Isolate

35g egg whites

50g banana

10g almond milk

MyProtein toffee Flavdrops (I added about 7 droplets)

Start by pre heating the oven on a medium temperature and line a tray with greaseproof paper. In a bowl mix together the wet ingredients, then slowly add the oats and whey. Spoon the gooey mixture on the paper in 4 even cookie shapes. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

*Top tip: These bake REALLY fast, make sure you keep checking them whilst they're in the oven.... because no one needs burnt cookies in their lives!
