This protein 'cookie' is so simple to make and totally delicious! Literally perfect for any time of the day to completely satisfy a sweet tooth... I made it for my breakfast! Here's how....
1 scoop vanillia whey protein
2 large egg whites
1/3 courgette (grated finely)
Stevia/ truvia/ flavdrops ( I used a few sprinkles of toffee flavdrops)
Toppings... I added chopped strawberries and blueberries with a drizzle of Myprotein ZERO lemon syrup. You could use honey as an alternative too.
Preheat the oven to a medium temperature and line a round tin with baking paper. Add the oats, egg whites, courgette and chosen sweetener into a bowl and stir. Finally pop the whey in and mix really well. Pour the contents into the tin and put into the oven for around 10 minutes until cooked through.
Top tip! Check the 'cookie' regularly when in the oven, it bakes really quickly!
