You might well know me as a bikini competitor, blogger, social media influencer or Gymshark/Nocco Athlete, you might also assume to that I have always been into health and fitness.
This however has definitely not always been the case.
My transformation to finding ‘health’ has actually been a relatively recent thing. By that I don’t mean I just lost some weight. Yes I did do that in the past, but like many women, I put it all back on again because I thought of it as a quick fix and not as a lifestyle.
I understand what it’s like to have a negative relationship with food. At various points in my life I’ve been through stages of overeating, but also times where my undereating got obsessive too. I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum.
By finding ‘health’ I made a conscious decision to change my lifestyle, but more importantly, my mindset. I began to understand about REAL nutrition, how to fuel my body with lots of nutritious foods and how to train effectively. Not only did this have a dramatic effect on my body shape, I began to more feel confident, self-assured in my own body and have a much more positive outlook on my everyday life.
Recently, for the first time in my life I’ve felt content and balanced.
My own transformation is what led me to want to help other, very normal, everyday woman like me.
Thankyou for taking the time to stop by my page!
